This Data Platform aims at providing an easy way to enable user access to comprehensive micro-level and indicator data relevant to population matters.
The DP Service Design Program followed a collaborative and iterative approach to attain the optimal balance between business viability, technology feasibility, and people desirability. Co-design sessions involved the client’s IT and business representatives as well as end-users, to include feedback of all relevant stakeholders from the first phases and provide meaningful input for the following iterations. The insights gathered during each session led to the definition of the DP user experience, interfaces, and all the elements that constitute its usability.
I served as sole UX Designer during the phases of requirement collection, workshop facilitation, solution design, and user testing.
